Ordering Info
We take a great deal of care packing your order well - all products are quality controlled by us and leave Indonesia in good condition. Any breakage that happens in transport is not our responsibility. Any water or humidity damage occurring during sea freight via FCL or LCL shipment is not our responsibility.
In case we deliver a wrong item, customers are required to send us digital photos of the items within 10 days of receiving the shipment in order to claim a credit or replacement.
HOW IT WORKS
- You can order simply by E-mail: balibuy@dps.centrin.net.id
- Within two days we will send you a sales order with estimated shipping cost to your destination
- We need to know the closest city to you with an International Airport or the closest seaport for shipping by sea freight
- If you want to go ahead with your order please transfer an approximate 50% deposit with our Indonesian bank
- Our bank details are available on request by email or fax
- After receiving the deposit the production time for your order will be between 2 to 5 weeks on average
- Throughout the production process we will stay in touch to keep you updated
- When we inform you of the exact shipping date, we will ask you to transfer the balance due for the ordered goods as well as the shipping cost
